This section is for the people taking calls. (If you’re a manager, see For managers.)

What RingMentor does for you

  • Listens to your call in real time.
  • Watches for things like “said too much too fast,” “the prospect just named their biggest pain, don’t skip past it,” or “that phrase could get flagged by compliance, here’s the swap.”
  • Shows you short chips in the corner of your screen. You decide what to act on.

What RingMentor doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t record you for someone to grade you later as a gotcha. Your manager can review sessions, yes, but the design goal is learning, not surveillance.
  • It doesn’t replace your judgment. A chip is a suggestion. If the customer is mid-sentence and the chip doesn’t fit, ignore it.
  • It doesn’t share your calls with anyone outside your organization.

Reviewing your own calls

You don’t log in to take a call, but you do get a portal account. Sign in at portal.ringmentor.com (with the password you set from your welcome email) to look back at any of your own calls: the transcript, the coaching that fired, and the after-action summary. It’s there for you, not just your manager.
