For managers

You run a team. RingMentor gives you four things:

  1. A way to get your reps live fast. Add a rep with their name and email, and RingMentor emails them a setup link plus a claim token. No accounts to hand-build, no passwords to manage for you. See Provisioning reps.
  2. Playbooks. Load your scripts, products, and compliance rules as playbooks, then assign them to reps. The coach uses the playbook to know what “good” sounds like on each call. See Team settings.
  3. A session library. Every call your team takes is reviewable: transcript, the coaching that fired, what the rep did, and an after-action summary. See Reviewing sessions.
  4. Tunable settings. Coaching intensity, auto-detect, recording-consent prompts, email summaries, and more. See Team settings.

Where you work

The manager portal lives at portal.ringmentor.com. You log in with the email address your invite was sent to.

Reps mostly live in the desktop app. They get a portal account too (to review their own past calls), but they never log in to take a call.

What you’ll do day one

  1. Log into the portal with the link you received, and set your password.
  2. Open the Team page and add your reps (name + email). RingMentor emails each one a setup link and a claim token, and shows you the token too in case you’d rather hand it off directly.
  3. Set up at least one playbook so the coach has a script and rules to work from. (Off-script coaching works without one, but a playbook is where RingMentor gets its edge.)
  4. Wait for your reps to take their first calls. Sessions appear in your library as they end.

There’s no IT ticket to file and no integration you have to wire up to get started.
