For managers

You run a team. RingMentor gives you three things:

  1. A way to get your reps live fast — send them a provisioning code, they install and go. No user accounts to create, no passwords to manage. See Provisioning reps.
  2. A session library — every call your team takes is reviewable. Transcript, timeline, what the coach suggested, what the rep did. See Reviewing sessions.
  3. Tunable team settings — call types, retention window, rep list. See Team settings.

Where you work

The manager portal lives at portal.ringmentor.com. You log in with the email address RingMentor sent your invite to.

Reps don’t log in here — they only use the desktop app.

What you’ll do day one

  1. Log into the portal with the invite link you received.
  2. Add your reps (name + email) — the portal generates a provisioning code for each one.
  3. Send each rep their code and the install link.
  4. Wait for your reps to take their first calls. Sessions appear in your library as they end.

That’s it. There’s no training configuration to build, no integrations to wire up, no IT ticket to file.
