Reviewing sessions

Every time a rep ends a call, the session uploads to your portal. You can review any of them on the Sessions page.

Session list

Each row shows:

  • When the call started
  • The rep
  • The call type (the playbook they used)
  • The contact, if one was attached
  • Duration
  • The final stage the call reached
  • A CRM column, if your org has a dialer/CRM integration connected. When the CRM reported pipeline context for the call that doesn’t line up with the playbook the rep used, a neutral Playbook / CRM mismatch badge appears here. It’s informational, not a grade: it usually means either the mapping needs a look or the rep pivoted for a good reason.

Click any row to open the session detail. (As a superadmin you see every org grouped together; as an admin you see your own org’s calls.)

If you’re an admin who also takes calls yourself, the dashboard has a My calls tab alongside the team view, so you can review your own sessions the way your reps see theirs.

Session detail

A session detail page gives you, top to bottom:

  • After-action report. RingMentor’s summary of the call: commitments the rep made, open questions left hanging, topics to recover next time, and a suggested agenda for the next call. This is the headline artifact, and it’s generated automatically a few seconds after the call uploads.
  • Outcome. Set or edit how the call ended (and add notes). Reps can set their own outcome for a short window after the call; admins can always edit it. If your org has a dialer integration connected, the disposition the rep logs in the dialer fills the outcome in automatically, and the page shows where the value came from. An in-app edit always wins over the synced value.
  • CRM context. When a connected CRM reported pipeline context for the call, a small context box shows what the CRM said (pipeline, stage, disposition) next to what happened in RingMentor. If they don’t line up, it’s flagged neutrally, as information for your review rather than a judgment.
  • Transcript + coaching timeline. The full conversation, interleaved with every suggestion the coach surfaced, in time order. Critical (red) corrections sit inline right where they fired.
  • Summaries sidebar. Counts of suggestions by kind (critical, coaching, technique, and how many the rep dismissed) plus transcript line counts for rep and customer.

Sharing a session

Any session detail page can be opened by anyone in your organization who’s signed in. Copy the page URL from your browser and send it to the rep or another admin. The link only resolves for members of your org.
