Getting started

You’ll be live in about 10 minutes. The setup is:

1. Your manager invites you. They send you a link and a provisioning code.
2. You install the RingMentor desktop app (Windows). See Install the desktop app.
3. You enter your provisioning code once. The app remembers you after that.
4. You take a call. The overlay stays in the corner of your screen, listens, and coaches as you go. See Your first call.

No logins, no passwords to remember, no browser tabs to manage. Open the app, take your call, close the app.
