Getting started

You’ll be live in about 10 minutes. The setup is:

  1. Your manager adds you. You get a welcome email with a link to set a password and a one-time claim token.
  2. You install the RingMentor desktop app (Windows). The same email has the download link, or see Install the desktop app.
  3. You paste your claim token once. The app pairs to your machine and remembers you after that.
  4. You take a call. The overlay stays in the corner of your screen, listens, and coaches as you go. See Your first call.

You never log in to take a call. Open the app, take your call, close the app. The password you set is only for the portal, where you can look back at your own past calls (transcript, coaching, and after-action summary). You don’t need the portal during a call.
